Amy and I had an interesting trip!! Poor little mite got a tummy bug while we were there, which I think I'm getting now! We didn't get to spend a lot of time with Di and Rhiannon in the end, and not a huge amount at the parks either.

OH, too bad ! Sorry your wasn't very well !!!!

But I'm glad to hear you two could have some good Mom - daughter time together !!!!
Those are very precious moments !!!!

A bit late I know (having a catch-up of the last week's messages) but just wanted to say thanks for everyone's kind thoughts, even though I didn't see them before we left!!

Mum was sensible enough to stay off the 1664, but let's just say France's vineyard workers are doing a lot of overtime to make up for all the red wine consumed in DLP last week (not by me I might add!)

Always happy when I've got a cocktail in front of me! This drink was a Green Cedar Wood at the Sequoia Lodge bar, but I can also recommend Purple Rainfall at Rainforest Cafe and Cactus Jack at Billy Bob's - I noted the ingredients and I'm now looking forward to experimenting to try & recreate them!!

Only just read this thread right through since getting back - can't believe all the aspersions being cast on my sobriety!!!
Thank you so much everyone for your good wishes - we did have a really wonderful time. Hard to believe we'd only just got there this time last week!!!
Bilboo- though we didn't go "cold turkey" we did think quite a bit about our fellow DISers while we were there - sad, isn't it???
Bonnie - I really wish I was setting off on another Disney holiday - I have to wait until DH & I go to WDW in August I'm afraid!! Rhiannon and her boyfriend may be back at DLP before that though, lucky things!!

Karen - we did talk about going to Hurricanes - but that's as far as it ever gets!!!
