Not sure if I want to pack loads of diapers or if I run low does anyone know if they sell regular diaper packs at the resorts? If you know, do you know what kind they sell and how much?
Thanks a bunch!

Hello next door neighboor!! I do not have knowledge on this sutuation but I am happy to bump! :Pinkbounc May be you can try the "BudGet board" ?

I know the resorts sell these type of items but not in very large quantities and while I don't know the exact cost, it's not something I would want to have to rely on because the price is so much higher for stuff like that in the resort vs. from a store. I'm assuming you're flying in? If you're taking a towncar from the airport, most will allow one stop at a store, just thought I would mention that option. Or you could use wegoshop.com and have some delivered. I have heard rave reviews from people who have used them but I don't know what kind of service charge they have so not sure if it's worth it to do that for just one or two items. Another option is packing a box and shipping it to your resort. Quite a few people do that. Personally, we just pack them - that way we have space for souvineers on the trip home. :)

hth.

I may be wrong but I believe I do recall seeing small packs of Pampers in the gift shop at CBR and I'm sure they have emergency supplies at the baby centers in the parks. But like a previous post said, they will cost quite a bit more than usual. Last trip I mailed a box down to the resort before our trip. The box cost me about $12 to mail but it was worth every penny since I was traveling with an infant and needed diapers, wipes, formula, etc. This time I'm using an extra bag for that stuff so that I do have room for those souveniers coming home. :)

According to this chart from January 03 http://allearsnet.com/btp/grocery.htm, a 14-pack of size 3 Huggies cost $8.50 (way back then!) :earseek:, so I'd say you'll definitely save money by arranging to either do a grocery stop, have them shipped/delivered or bring them along.

We were in WDW 1/10-20 and ran out of pull-ups around 1/16....the closest store was Gooding$- I ended up paying $16.99 for the package of pull-ups that usually costs me $9.99 at home....also, I should have bought extra wipes. I didn't realize how many we actually went thru at the parks. As long as we're on the topic of shopping- buy the BIG bottle of hand sanitizer. I'm usually not OCD re: germs but just thinking about how many fingers had been in that biometric thing before mine made me want to bathe in the stuff....

Thanks for all your replies, I think I'll pack enough for the trip and hope I don't run out (I just wanted to make sure they did sell some in case of an emergency).

We have been to disney with 2 in diapers and have taken our own every time. Not only did we not run out but I always had plenty left, lol. I just stuck some in every suitcase in the side and front pockets or in the zippered area. You'll be suprised how many you can get in there and still not lose much, if any suitcase space.

Eww good point!

If you do not wish to (or can't) stop on the way from the airport, there are a couple of other options, both of which we have done and been very happy with:

Order from www.jetsetbabies.com and have them sent to your resort before you get there,

or if you need additional groceries and not just the diapers:

www.WeGoShop.com. They will shop your list and deliver your order directly to you shortly after you arrive. They get great reviews on this board.

Have a great time!
