She was really helpful today in helping change ressies, booking points and just giving general knowledge as reminders about banking those pts. And she even stayed after they closed to help with the banking. Above and beyond she went! Reminds me why I choose to spend my dollars on Disney vacations.
 
I'm really impressed with most of the Member Services personnel. Sounds like Diana went above and beyond for you - if there is some way that you can send a quick note to the Personnel Dept that would find it's way into her official file I bet that would make her day!
 
Agree. Send a note to Carli D'Agostino, Member Satisfaction Manager.
 
So when are you going, Jimmy? We'll be at VWL for Thanksgiving this year. :wave:
 

We will be at All Star Sports the Fri and Sat after Thanksgiving then moving over Sun til Dec 6th at VWl. Hope we get to see you folks!

Everyone is so quick to point out negatives - it's so nice to see a very positive report.
