Looking to do a timeshare exchange. Which Diamond Resort would you recommend? Need a 3 bedroom unit. Thank you.

We've stayed at the Grand Beach several times and enjoyed it. Parking under the building (although sometimes if you come home too late you have to park in the driveway), large rooms, well-equipped kitchen, easy drive to WDW (the hardest part is making the left turn onto 535, then it's right at the light onto 536, up and over I-4, and you're on Epcot Center Dr.!). We would stay there again.

We have stayed at Cypress Point many times (great location not far from Disney Springs) in their three bedrooms. We really like the resort and location. Note that the setup is that two of the bedrooms have king beds (one is a really nice master bedroom suite, the second is a little strange in that the bathroom is open to the bedroom, so you need to lock the bedroom door for privacy, and then the third bedroom is pretty small (queen or full bed - don't remember, closet, chair). These have three bathrooms, nice common area, nice screened in balcony. Living room has a hydabed -- don't know about comfort as we didn't use that. Pools are kept warm. There is tennis and shuffle board. There is a little convenience store with some grocery items and snacks.

Polynesian Isles is a Diamond Resort property too. In 2019 I had family members who stayed and week at both of those, and they FYI preferred Cypress Point. I've only stayed at Cypress Point and we like that property a lot.

Keep in mind that Diamond Resorts charge a resort fee for non-owners (exchangers). Check websites for current amounts. It used to be $10/night.
