We have an ADR for dinner there one night because it looks really good but the more I looked into it, the more I realized that there aren't many opinions out there. It seems like it flies way under the radar. Is it a hidden gem or just not that good?

I think it's only open seasonally, so the number of people who've eaten there are limited. I don't think I've seen it open during my trips in recent memory.

It's pretty good, just standard family barbecue fare. The self-playing piano is cool.

And it's got the bathroom just outside around the corner so you can head straight over to POTC after... or before, whatever order...

I didn't realize that it was a seasonal thing.

It been good but not great the 2 times we have been there. I have always wondered why they didn't keep this one open year round. Lord knows MK could use another full time place.

We tried it on a whim in March 2017 and we enjoyed it. It is a small restaurant. Not crowded or noisy.
We thought the food was decent--neither bad nor over the top good.
I would go again.
I was missing home food by that part of the trip. It wasn't just like we make it at home, but it wasn't bad either.

We ate there last week for the first time. It was fine. Similar to Liberty Tree style and taste wise IMO. I know different food options but kind of the same. The salad dressing is a little spicy, I didn't check to see if they had another option. The corn bread was good. The brisket (I think it was brisket lol) was tender, the mac n cheese was mac n cheese . So not a bad option if you want a sit down meal that won't take forever out of the heat / cold / crowd.
