Does anyone know how much Dial-up internet costs at Resorts?? Do they charge you a flat rate per connection or per day?

THANKS

I remember using dial-up internet at the All Star Sports and if I remember correctly they only charged me for the local call connection.. But I've read several posts saying it costs so much per day so I wanted to see what everyone else knew.

I used my dial-up connection at WL this past July. I was dialing a local number for my national provider. It just cost me the per call connection fee ($1.25 or .75 I think). The connection was terrible and very disappointing.

The cost for dial-up is $.75 (the cost of a local call if you dial up a local number); if you cannot call locally, it'll be the charge for a long-distance call and it can get pricey. Do not expect high speed as it will be over a regular phone line which can only be up to 56kbps. They will charge you per connection. I had trouble connecting at first and they wanted to charge me for all my failed connections, but I disputed those charges and they removed them (you could see that I tried calling the same number within one minute on the bill, so it's hard for them to justify....).

So, if you have a local number to call from your internet provider, you'll pay $.75 everytime you connect.

I just used dial up at Pop, and was charged 75 cents each call using a local access number on AOL. If you are used to dial up, the connection isn't that bad. I thought it was the same as I get at home.
