Are there a place to have a dialysis if needed ? Or is only recommend for diabetics that don’t need such treatments to go on a Disney cruise?

DCL has a guidebook "Information for Guests With Disabilities or Medical Conditions" ( https://secure.cdn1.wdpromedia.com/...th-disabilities/dcl-guidebook-rev-7.17.18.pdf ). In it they have a short section on dialysis:

"Guests undergoing dialysis should be aware that the Health Center does not have specialized facilities or equipment for dialysis and Disney Cruise Line does not have specialists available. Guests requiring dialysis are encouraged to contact Special Services to discuss their options."

Disney Cruise Line Special Services:
Phone: (407) 566-3602
Fax: (407) 566-3760
TTY: (407) 566-7455
Email: SpecialServices@disneycruise.com

If you search in the disABILITIES! forum you will find some threads that deal with the issue of dialysis on DCL.

From them and from some quick googling, it looks like DCL is not equipped nor staffed to handle hemodialysis. Some people on home peritoneal dialysis have reported being able to do PD on board, coordinating with DCL special services well in advance.

If hemodialysis is needed, although DCL can't accommodate there are some other cruise lines that can through third party services. See Dialysis At Sea: https://www.dialysisatsea.com/

ETA: For PD, the patient supplies the equipment, fluids, etc.

I was also thinking peritoneal dialysis. In most cases, that is a home dialysis that is administered by the patient or a family member.
