i have type 1 diabetes. is anyone else diabetic. if you are what of your supplies do you take into the disney parks with you?

I used to have a friend that was diabetic.

My mothers diabetic (has been since she was a child) she takes her injection and insulin to the parks, shes learnt to notice when her sugars are high/low (well obviously she would by now). so yeh i think thats all she takes.

I take my machine and a couple pieces of candy. I have the pump so I wear that.

I don't have diabetes but I'm at high risk for it because of my family.

My mother and grandmother are diabetic, and my grandfather was before he passed away. My dad is also borderline diabetic.

When we went to DLR, my mom and grandma brought their needles, insulin, candy, orange-juice boxes, and machine.
