How would we go about getting from DHS around park closing to MK late EMH?

You could do a couple things.

Take a bus to a near by resort then transfer to MK

Take a bus to a MK surrounding resort then either take a boat across or take the monorail.

Take a bus to the Transportation and Ticket Center then transfer to a Monorail or boat

Or Take the boat to a near by resort from the studios and then catch a bus to the MK
