dhs restaurants open during evening emh?

hi everyone: i have never stayed for emh in any of the parks. what restaurants would typically be open in dhs for evening emh? i assume most of the stores stay open during emh, is that correct?

we are going in mid september of this year.

We were there last Sept. We were disappointed that most of the counter service places were not open. When we asked we were told only the places near the Tower of Terror were open. Can't remember the names, but the open air type places, on the street leading to the TOT. We didn't stay long & ended up going back to POR to eat.

thanks for the reply. i was planning on doing a late dinner at dhs if we decide to stay for the emh, so its good to know that at least a few options will be open.
