DH's in Florida, and I bought a new car!LOL

DH is gone to West Palm Beach, and yesterday my Grand Am's sunroof got stuck open...so I made an appointment today to get it fixed, while I was waiting...I decided to talk to our salesman about getting out of the grand am's lease, and into an Envoy....well, by the time the grand am was fixed, I was no longer it's owner, and now own a 2004 GMC Envoy...whoohoo...DH's gonna freak I'm sure LOL

He knew I was there, and when I called him from the dealership, he said "your appointment was at 9, it's now 1130 what are you buying?"..LOL

Oh well, ya only live once right?

Must be nice. My husband bought a new car last Feb and that june got laid off so we have like 3 months that was tacked backon the end of our payments since we couldn't pay them and 6 months of late payments when trying to catch up on bills so I have no hope of getting my own car anytime soon and my 94 ford tempo is ready to bite the dust.

I bought my car by myself too. DH was away for the weekend. He knew I was going in though. His uncle is the new car manager at the dealership we go to, so I knew I was in good hands. I was still very nervous!!!

They actually sold my old car while I was deciding on what car to buy. They came up to me and said "we have someone that wants to buy your car, are you ok with that?"
