DHS hours Labor Day weekend

We are arriving Sept 3rd for 1 week. Our flight lands at MCO at 3:20pm. We were going to hit DHS for a few rides and Fantasmic but the closing time is 8pm. Am I correct in assuming that those hours may be extended? Especially over a Holiday weekend. If there is a chance it really will close at 8pm then we will most likely pick a later closing park. AK is posted for 11pm closing. Hoping Rivers Of Light will be up and running. Curious on your thoughts. Thanks!!
