DHS EMM and AK FOP FP+ same morning

That's a lot of acronyms for one title! lol.
Here's my dilemma. We have a FP for FOP 10:20am-11:20am on the only day that we could do EMM at DHS. EMM ends at 9am with breakfast available until 10am. We have park hoppers. If we left DHS at 9:30am, would we make it to AK in time for our FP for FOP? I would prefer to use the free Disney bus, but would be open to using uber/lyft/taxi. We will not have a car.

I think if you left DHS at 9:30, you’d easily get to FOP by 11:20.

We did this in July and it worked out great. We left HS about 45-60 minutes before our FOP FP opened and got there at the beginning of the window (plenty of time should we have run later). Have fun.
