DHS Closes at 7, 50's PTC reservations at 7?

On May 29th, DHS closes at 7pm, yet I made dinner reservations at 7pm. I did this before I knew the park hours. Obviously they were able to make the reservations, because, well, they made them. But how will this work? Will we be rushed to eat?

That's my favorite time to have dinner in the resorts - once you are finished, you have an empty park to enjoy on your walk out. The busses continue to run as long as their are people in the parks.

i think that it is because of grad night they are closing early if it is i do belive when you finish eating the park will be filled with 16 to 19 year olds

Nah, grad nites are over for 2009. It's just a less busy time of year at the studios right now, so a lot of May dates close at 7. With such an early closing, it sounds like a perfect time to eat dinner.

There doesn't happen to be an EMH on the night you have a ressie does there?

Nope, but it is Star Wars weekend, so I would have figured them to be open later.

This past Saturday a group of six of us had a reservation for Bistro de Paris at 8:00. We actually showed up at 7:45 and were seated then.

A good time was had by all. We finally left the restaurant at 11:05 and we were escorted out of the park, getting to the front gate about 11:20. All the music was still playing and the fountains were lit and running, as if there were still thousands of people remaining. As we left, the Security Officer at the gate told us we wee the last to leave the park.
