DHS 6p.m. close on July 15?

Does anyone know why they would be closing so early on this day? And would the early closing make it a good park to visit that day for someone who would be there at RD and probably leave by about 2:00(hope so since I"m already planning on it!) LOL! Thanks for any info

Ok just realized my question sounded ridiculous! I meant that is there some special event that day, causing an early closure but would also bring extra crowds during the day? or is it likely a corporate or private event that wouldn't affect daytime crowds?

Ant-Man premieres that Friday, maybe something related? Who knows, they don't tend to publicize what the private events.

It's most likely a private event that's causing it to close early, and it should be low crowds because of the early close, and in particular, no Fantasmic! EasyWDW has DHS as the most recommended park that day for just that reason.

I wonder what the cost of reserving DHS for a private event would run? Might be a nice idea for my DW's birthday coming up.
