DH's 40th B'day

I wanted to surprise my DH with something for his 40th birthday on our next WDW trip. I have been reading the cake threads, but I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas for anything else?

I made my DH a tshirt with 40 mickey heads on it - they were all filled with his favorite disney things and other various favorites!!! then i wore a shirt that said i was celebrating his birthday too!! we had a ball with it and had lots of comments and character inteactions because of it!!!

It took 2 iron on sheets for the size I wanted (and he is a big guy)

Several of the designs were made by Disigners here on the boards, then I made a few too!!! It was fun!!
