Earlier this week I asked about pros/cons of purchasing a DHHI contract- and we decided to pull the trigger on what we feel is a good contract for us (50 pts, $58pp)
We now have a contract in hand and wanted to ask a few things before signing.....
Under Seller it says : loannou
Is this really the seller's name? I do not see them listed on the comptroller site
For HHI we were told they use a Lawyer for assistance with the title- (I think that's what the Lawyer is used for - we send the deposit to them for good faith)
We have two options to chose from-
Full Closing with Title insurance for $550
or
Deed only closing for $400
Can you explain the difference and what you recommend?
