dh turning 30 on 10-10-10

I am throwing him a "surprise" birthday party that was actually blown by the dog chewing up the box that the invites were in and he saw them when we were cleaning up the mess. So, that was pretty much a budget buster on the party.

But I still want to get him something. I can spend about $100. That's alot of $$ considering I am getting ready for WDW in just 2 weeks, but it is our first birthday as a married couple and I want him to have something to open on his big day from my dd and myself.

Any ideas on what to get for him?

Tix to show or game? 100 might be tight but it depends on what you go see or do. Watch or anopther piece of jewelery. Day of golf or another sport he likes. Good luck

I turned 33 on 05-05-05. Not a milestone bday but I thought it was neat.

What does your DH like to do in his spare time?
Does he play video games? tinker in the garage with some stuff? Watch sports? Has he mentioned anything recently that he wanted to get but didn't have a chance yet?

oh heck, maybe get his something for your disney trip! If he likes golf, get him a round of golf? or going fishing? or parasailing?

my DBF turns 30 this year too (11-10-10). He loves running/marathons. So I'm thinking about getting him new running shoes.

I'm also going to get a bunch of gag gifts since he makes fun of everyone else aging LOL

When DH turned 30, I got him a new tacklebox, knife and other stuff for fishing. I told him that he was old and had to start acting retired.

What a fun day for a birthday. My twins were born on 06-02-06 and my Grandma was so worried that they'd be born on 06-06-06. She is superstitions about these kinds of dates I guess.

My son is going to a birthday party on Sunday. His friend is turning 10 on 10-10-10. I thought that was pretty cool.

lol but that would of been a great date.. My nephew was born 8/8/88. My daughter was due around 9/9/99 but came 3 weeks early. 8/19/99.. my crazy math I always said it you add the 8 to the 1 you so get 9/9/99
