We went to WDW in August with the kids and had been planning on going someplace in March for a nice, tropical couples/adults only vacation. All of our couples backed out and we have been debating where to go. I suggested WDW and he said yes! AND we can go in October 2011 with the kids!

So now since I'm obsessive compulsive I've been a researching maniac. I have our dining ressies made.

50s PT Cafe
Ohana
Boma
Le Cellier

I've been writing like a maniac things I want to do that we didn't get to do with the kids this past trip such as:
Mini golf
ESPN zone
Jellyrolls
La Nouba
Hot air balloon
KTTK tour

What kinds of things do you do when its just you and no kids?

We're thinking of staying at Coronado Springs or Caribbean Beach Resort. Which would you pick and why? A deluxe would be awesome, but a little out of our price range for this trip.
