My DH just found out he has very high cholestrol and is on medication for it. We have always enjoyed eating breakfast out while in WDW. Obviously eggs, sausage and bacon are out for selections..Can anyone suggest lower cholestrol alternatives that might be common on restaurants menus?? He is following it very well and open to suggestions...

Thanks in advance

Most buffets stock fresh fruits. That's ALWAYS a good choice.

You may be able to request egg substitutes if he likes scrambled eggs.

Most grain selections are good as well. Oatmeal, dry cereals, bagels, breads.....those are usually pretty low in cholesterol.

My suggestion is to call 407-WDWDINE, and explain your situation. I believe in any given circumstance, as long as they have notice, they'll accomodate special dietary needs.
