DH lost hoppers, lv today!

DH lost 2 rm keys w/ 7 days of hopping still on them form our last trip, I only have our old res. no., will they be able to replace them w/ this info? We lv the house @ 2:30 this afternoon to pu dd from Kindergarten & 10 hr drive form there!

I had the same thing happen. I was told you needed at least one ticket from the group or a photo copy of the tickets. If the trip was not that long ago (I think in the last 6 months) they might be able to pull it for you from guest relations at your hotel with the ressie number but that is not a guarantee.

How do these things happen?! I do have 1 tkt from the group & our Res. No. from less than 5mos. ago, Plz send some Pixie dust our way, Thanks so much again!!!!!

We left a ticket in a fast pass machine in August and went to Guest Relations immediately after we realized it was lost (which was several hours later). We did have 3 of our other tickets though and they were old park hoppers from like 3 trips prior.

They used our other tickets as a guide and printed us a new one immediately. It took all of 5 minutes and they said it happens all the time.

I agree with the other poster though, it may be more complicated if you don't have any other tickets associated with this "group" of tickets.

The samething happened to my family in December 2005. We were on our way to the Airport, when my Dad realized he forgot his ticket. I had mine & luckily I knew both the numbers were the same, expect for the last digit. Also to add to what Windy City Heather said, I don't think your previous vacation had to have been in the last 6 months. Cast Members have been able to see on their computers every vacation that my family & I had when staying at a WDW Resort, going back to May of 1998. I think once you check in & all your info is put into the computer, all your previous WDW Resort Hotel stays come up. Even if it's stays at other WDW Resorts. I know this because Cast Members have sometimes told us you have had a lot of stays here. The samething is also true when making reservations with CRO. Sometimes they say you have had this many stays at the Contemporary & this many at the Wilderness Lodge. (Those the only 2 Resorts my family & I have stayed at, which is why I used them as examples.) So I hope that this information helps & that WDW can replace your tickets.
