LOL I will admit I have been a bit obsessed with travel plans lately!

We talk about it all the time too. So do our children. It doesn't help that we ALL love Disney. We have talked so many people into going we have had two sets of friends go with us and I am helping other people plan their trips too. I guess Disney is my hobby! :goodvibes

:mickeyjum Me too. I have talked about it so much that I have given the Disney Bug to DH! He now wants to go back just as much as the kids and I do. Keep talking and it will rub off on him. :earboy2:

LOL! We are the same way. I think pretty much all of our family and friends check with us when they are planning a trip.

We just got back from our first trip on December 15th and are already making plans for a second one next year...hubby is a huge instigator! He wants to go back in June if we can lol.We also have friends I am trying to help out with their trip.DIS has been amazing for helping me and many others.I say keep talking soon enough he will join in or give up telling you that you are talking too much!lol

My dh says that on an almost daily basis. Even worse, last night he said we're not going this year anyway... um I'm been planning on 2009 for awhile! :cool1: We might have to put it off another year unfortunatly, but that is not going to shut me up!

So plan away. (I spent a good year planning last August's trip.)

But only TELL him when you've found a way to save money. As in "Honey, we got a 40% off PIN code today." or "Honey, I'm glad we booked our airline when we did; the price has gone up $100 per person."

He'll be bragging about you to all his friends!

When I see my DH do the eyeroll, then I know I'm talking about Disney too much. :rotfl:

So right now, I'm not talking about it much even though we've got a weekend planned, a June trip planned and I'm putting together a solo trip for me that I'm hoping to do next year.

I too am only telling him about the money I've saved. (So far nearly 800.00 and I'm still watching the codes and rates board.) He seems to appreciate that part. :thumbsup2

:rotfl2: My DH tells me that because I never calm down about the next trip, no one in our house, including the kids, could ever be excited as I am about Disney. pixiedust: To that I say phooey!

That's funny. My DH says the same thing sometimes. At least now he wants us to have a room for a night by ourselves. Connecting room with the kids of course. I have emailed Debbie at MJ about booking two packages so we have two rooms the entire trip. :cool1:

He wants the two of us to have at least one night alone in Disney.

Oh no, how could he say such a thing! I know my other relatives were relieved when I finally left for Disney, they were sick of hearing it. Dh talks about it as much as I do now that we went.

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. I tend to get on these kicks. The same thing happened after we went to Vegas to see George Michael. When we came back I listed to nothing GM and Wham! for weeks on end!!

I had to stop myself from talking about Disney because I was afraid my friends would get tired of me. My two best friends have never been, but I think that they already know all about it. :lmao:

My DH just plays along, he knows how crazy that I am about Disney World. He is the same way about Gatlinburg so he can't say to much. I am about to book our next trip and I feel like a kid waiting for a puppy. I just can't wait!

Every time I try to bring up a way to make a trip cheaper my dh complains, but he claims he wants me to do whatever I want and he'll be happy no matter what. Ok, then why does no hopper on tickets get a boo from him, as does doing cheaper dinning or cutting a day or two from the trip? Ack, hes such a pain.

I know I talk about it all the time. It drives DH crazy! He just doesn't understand all of the planning?!? :rotfl: We are planning our first family vacation to Dinsey. He won't say, but I know he is REALLY excited. I am hoping he has sooooo much fun he want to invest in a DVC.

Is this your first trip? We went on our 1st trip in June and DH complained b/c all he heard about was Disney this and Disney that and said I spent way too much time on the disney boards the whole year before the trip!!! Once we were back, he couldn't wait to book our next trip, now that it's booked, he asks me almost everyday when I get home from work if I read something interesting on the disney boards today? HA HA!!!
