Dh got the dreaded letter

Well as I posted on the stressed out thread, rumors were flying and now dh came home with the letter yest. asking for voluntary layoffs that are generally aimed at those 55 and older first, we dont fall into that category, so its usually next by salary, degree of education and years of service. DH is low on 2 of those so it does not look good. I dont know what will happen but we are doing alot of praying. I told him first out the door would have to be the trip to Mickey, oh sigh, oh sigh, but we might be able to swing it with our airline miles and hotel points, just we would have to stay off site maybe etc. That was not to april so we will see, he could get his consulting business up and running again if need be. This all has to do with the funds being redirected to the war effort instead of the funding the govt. usually gives dh job. I am feeling like eyeore right now.

maybe for Christmas you could have your friends and relatives give you disney dollars instead of gifts so you can add it to your trip fund.
