Dh considering DVC theming when booking!

We purchased SSR because my Dh thought that the decor was not over the top Disney.

Now, his first trip "home" I inform him that we can stay at VWL or OKW. I tried to explain the difference between the two. I told him that VWL is more like AKL and OKW was like CBR. We had stayed at both of my examples. He didn't like the theming at CBR. Yes, he used the word theming ! He really liked YC, so we are wait listing at the Epcot resorts, but will be happy with VWL. Oh, he would also rather have less space and better theming . What has happened to my dh! He "claims" that he doesn't even like WDW!!!

I would take a trip over to the resorts and see them for yourselves and let the eyes do the talking for the future. Hope you have a good trip. Have you looked at them on the DVC.com web site? you can go in each room, it's really neat, all the unit sizes, pools, lobbies etc.

I have seen them all. My dh is not going to go resort hopping. Yes, I have looked at the tour on the DVC site, but my dh is not interested in doing the same. So, you can understand why I was so surprised to find that the decor actually does matter to him!
