DH and the AP

OK I talk about our trip with updates probably once a week to the rest of my family. So I have mentioned the AP room rate discount the DDE ect ect... Well I also had planned on buying my AP at the World of Disney in NYC last Sat. When we hit terrible midtown traffic- DH said "Oh just forget it I can stop by here on Monday and pick it up on my lunch hour" OK fine...Well Monday- No AP trip, Tues. no AP trip today I ask are you going to get the pass today- He then asks me for the phone number so he can buy it. I tell him you need to go to the store remember?!! He then whines and complains so much that I think he is now off the trip!! NO SOUP FOR YOU!!(seinfeld)

IF you're flying into MCO you can pick up an activated AP there. Not sure how you would go about getting the DDE though...........

Wait -why can't he call? Or they can be ordered online. The shipping is $3, but it sounds like the $3 may be worth the hassle to him!

Ahh snacky you are still in newlywed bliss. You outed me as an old married cranky wife today. You are right - just a phone call to disney can buy it as can a quick email I know. Just being a disney bully with my non disney dh. I mean who on here would not want to check out the world of disney store?!

Yeah - but if he's going without you on his lunch, you're still not seeing the World of Disney store, AND you don't have your voucher, AND now he's threatening to cancel the trip.

Me thinks the cranky should turn to sweetness so you can still go to Disney!

Just let him call. Why force him to go to the store? If he does not want to go see the store, he does not have to.

Forcing him to do something he does not want, is only going to annoy him.

No offense, but this seems like I silly pointless test of wills rather then a fight.

And there is no reason for it.

Let him call & order his AP. When it gets there, call & order the DDE.

Dont push going to the store if he does not want to.
