DFTW Site Visit

I'm really sorry as i know i asked this question the other day, within someone elses's thread but ive read so many thread's that i cant remember which one i posted my question in

So i will ask the question again and if anyone who replied to me on the missing thread, wouldnt mind replying again it would be really appreciated

My DF and I are off on our hols to SSR at the end of Sept. We are hoping to have a look at the WP and speak to someone from DFTW during our stay.

DF thinks we can ask reception at SSR when we turn up to contact DFTW and arrange us a site visit, however ive read that some of you have scheduled appointments in advance.

Does anyone know whether it would be possible for DFTW to see us at some point during our 2 week stay if we only ask once we get to Florida or would it be better for me to schedule an appointment before we go on our hols?

You should definitely try to set up an appointment. Just tell your wedding planner or coordinator when you're going to be in town, and they should be able to accomodate you.

You should definitely schedule an appointment before you get to Florida. If you wait until you are at SSR, there may be a chance that they will not have any appointments available.
