Deviled Eggs

Mine is so basic it hardly qualifies as a recipe. I mix the yolk with mayo, stuff in egg, and sprinkle paprika on top.

Salt, pepper and Miracle Whip. Sometimes I make them Cajun by sprinkling Tony Chachere's on top.:thumbsup2

Simple here with KRAFT mayo, and either a dash of mustard or Durkee's if I have it on hand instead of the mustard.

I use Miracle Whip, brown mustard, a little yellow mustard and vinegar. Top with paprika.

Mayo and mustard - refill the egg.. Sometimes I'll also do a batch with mayo and hot mustard.. :santa:

None of us like paprika..

mustard, mayo, sweet pickle relish and a pinch of sugar. Refill the egg and sprinkle it with paprika for garnish. SO GOOD!!!:)

Miracle whip, yellow mustard, dill relish (slight amount), and top with paprika. I knew a lady who used sugar in her recipe, but I don't know exactly what other ingredients she used. They were good, but not really sweet.

I think a deviled egg made with anything other than miracle whip tastes bland.

My basic recipe

Kraft mayo enough to wet the yolks, the rest is French's yellow mustard. Fill the eggs and sprinkle with paprika.

My jazzed up recipe - Jalapeno deviled eggs

1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. mustard
4 green onions, chopped fine
mayo
cayenne pepper

Mash yolks, add chopped jalapenos, mustard, onions and mayo.
Stuff eggs, top with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.

yolks, mayo, crushed garlic, salt. Sprinkle fresh snipped dill (my favorite) or paprika (kids like it) on top.

Mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard powder, pepper, and paprika on top

I usually make some different for DH...his special stash that he doesn't have to share...using his Mother's recipe....miracle whip, dill pickle chips, and pepper.

I mix mayo, spicy mustard, paprika (a little inside, and more on top), garlic and onion powder, and sometimes a little grated cheese. They get eaten up very quickly.

Fill (refill?) the eggs using a pipng bag or a freezer baggie with a corner clipped off. It is much, much easier than spooning. (Not that spooning can't be fun, also.)

miricle whip, sweet relish, and if I am in a good mood mustard, then fill

I haven't made deviled eggs in years, but once I made them the usual way (Miracle Whip, salt & pepper, a little vineger, a little mustard) but added a little crumbled crispy bacon and shredded cheddar cheese. I never measure anything. They were sooooo yummy! Definitely not health food, though.

Add mayo, green onions and a pinch of curry powder and salt and pepper.

Very simple- mustard, Miracle Whip, and salt and pepper in the yolk mixture. Top with Paprika.

We don't use Miracle whip in anything else but deviled eggs.

I ususally lay the eggs on their sides for a few minutes to give the yolk a chance to make it to the center so that they are easier to fill after boiling.

I get lots of compliments on this recipie ...

Mircle Whip (regular not light or fat free) Do Not supstitue any other
French's Yellow mustard
a dash (about 1/2 - 1 teaspoon) of Worsechestshire sauce
salt (be very careful only a scant because the worsch...sauce adds salt)
Pepper

The egg mixture should end up being a medium color of yellow which is how I judge how much miracle whip to put in.... and by taste of course.

Mashed up yolks, Best Foods mayo, French's yellow mustard, splash of vinegar, salt, pepper - all to taste/texture preferences. Spoon into ziploc baggie, snip corner, refill eggs - sprinkle with paprika. Love deviled eggs! Purely my preference, but I hate it when there are chunks of anything in there - ham, pickle, etc. I like it to be smooth filling. :)
