What are these? I've seen reference to them on the board and recently received a mailing and again they were mentioned.

points that can only be used in certain places (well the new ones) - and for a limited time

the purpose is that your DVC points can't be used until the building is open.

all the current AKV is at the Kidani - and it won't begain to open until May, 2009.
