Developer Point Reservation Delay?

Hi All,

Is anyone else having a severe delay in getting either an email or mail confirmation letter for reservations made with Developer Points? I made on on January 26th and still have nothing.

I called Monday to check on mine and the CM told me they were really backed up and that I should see it soon. I saw it online today (only because it involved regular points). I changed/made my ressie 2/19. I would say give MS a call and check on the status

The Incentive Team is backed up three to four weeks. Things should pick up now that they switched the incentive back to gift cards.

I made mine back in the middle of Jan and recieved an e-mail the last week in Feb. They have told me I was to recieve my paper confirmation already. They have sent it two of them in fact. But nothing so far. Since I live in Ohio I think they are sending it by bird after winter is over.

Mine has shown up online as i used regular points as well as developer points . but no e-mail and no confirmation letter either.
I made my reservation on 17th feb ..

We made ours at the end of January and received our confirmation e-mail about a week and a half later. We did not receive anything in the regular mail though.

Mine has shown up online as i used regular points as well as developer points .

Interesting... I combined regular points with my developer points and it does not show up online. But I did get my conformation within 2 weeks. (Made ressies 5 months ago.)

I haven't received mine yet either and I made my ressie 3 weeks ago using developer and regular points.
