I know what you mean! It's in Rosie's Victory Garden in the Sunset Ranch Market in Disney Studios. Here's a pic of my kids by the sign that's in the garden:

Scoobmuzic, looks like you saw a different version of the acrobats than we did. There was a girl on the unicycle, the boys did gymnastics and the bored girls were contortionists. Here's my favorite picture:
