This isn't supposed to be underwater, is it? I've seen other pictures and it is floating.

Not sure but thought that was interesting! This trip was after the 2 Florida hurricanes in late September and early October (our trip was the day after the October hurricane) so quite possible it was NOT suppose to be underwater!
