Details about Pop stairs or elevators?

First of all, 4 floors is there elevator access?

Also, if we choose a room at the end of one of the arms in a building, is there a stairwell at the end of the arm or do we have to backtrack to the center of the building to exit?

In my experience at the Values, there are elevators in each building and stair access at the end of each building as well.

There are stairs at the end of each “arm”. There are 2 elevators in the middle of each building. We have never been higher than 2nd floor or maybe once on 3rd and have used the elevators once ever on all our trips. We have unusual luck of always being at the end of a a building every time and it is easy to hop up the stairs whenever we aren’t on the first floor.
