Details about Magical express?

Is there anywhere I can find in depth details about the new program magical express? I did a search on Disneys website, but nothing came up.
I recieved a post card from them the other about it but it wasnt very detailed.

I suggest doing a search here on the DIS. Magical Express has been discussed many times here on the Transportation board.

There are some questions as to which airlines are actually going to participate in the outbound resort check in of baggage.

This does not affect the inbound luggage transfer.
