Look Below Much Better Explanation

 

[Captain Brain]

1: Do the Space Mountain Quest.

2: Go in to the Space Mountain Quest Deck.

3: Exit through the exit with the Space Suits.

4: Go to the Beam door-like-thing and put on your Space Magic.

5: Walk through the door like you own the place.

6: Exit on the Gray landing thing, and walk through the exit.

7: You should now be in the Inner Space Ray Room. Now, you walk to the top of the rocket where it says Exit.

8: Now, you should be in the Inner Space store, now, you walk in and buy everything.

I know these aren't the best instructions, but I tried.

To get to Star Traders:

NOTE: THIS REQUIRES THE INNER SPACE SUIT MAGIC PIN

Go to Tomorrowland
Go to Space Mountain Quest Deck
Exit on the bottom level in the back of the Quest Deck near the space suits
This will take you to the appropriate place in the Inner Space Shrinking Machine
Walk up to the red line and activate your Inner Space Suit Magic Pin (type Space! or double click on your pin) and walk into the middle of the room
Exit this room in front of the picture of the Space Shrinking Machine on the left hand side of the screen
This will take you to the Inner Space Ray Room
Exit into the rocket at the top of the ladder on the right hand side of the screen
This will take you to the Star Traders shop
To shop, double click on the cash register on top of the floating spaceship/alien on the right hand side of the screen
