Has anyone received a 40% off postcard or e-mail recently? Just wondering if they still offer that steep of a discount.

I received a postcard a few weeks ago with a PIN but I discarded it thinking that a Disney trip was not in our near future but I have since been bitten by the Disney bug. I called the reservation number and the TA could not tell me what was sent
