Desserts on All Ears

How accurate are the desserts on the all ears menus? I noticed that the restaurants we are considering don't have much in chocolate. If there is no chocolate, I don't do dessert. Are there a lot more desserts than what they show? Also we are thinking of going to Tutto Italia mainly for the profiteroles. The all ears menu doesn't list them. Do they still offer that for dessert? What is the difference in the Pofiteroles at Tutto Italia and the Orifuteroles au chocolate at Chefs de France. I am not big on a lot of whipped cream but love ice cream. Thanks for your help. Debby

The menus are very accurate, in general the menus at Disney have fewer entrees than what you'd see at most restaurants outside of Disney.

Wow that's weird. Like you, I'm a BIG chocoholic and if it's not chocolate, I'm probably not eating it. LOL But I found that most of the dessert choices did have chocolate involved. Maybe it's just that we picked different restaurants.
