Are there any dessert without chocolate? And coffee?
I'm very very allergist to it, but I wanna have dessert

Don't worry they will have lots of things you can eat.

Ice cream, strawberry shortcake, crème brule, fresh fruit, etc.

Take a look at the food thread and you will see some of what is offered.

Let your servers know and between them and the head server, nothing that has possibly come close to it will be allowed. I have a minor (only some itching and wheezing) allergy to peanuts, and my last cruise in February they were so over the top about it that they completely changed up a sundae dessert I'd had in July with no problems so that it was nasty (hint: ginger snaps and chocolate sauce do NOT go together) and my sister had to say she would take responsibility for anything that happened when I ate something she KNEW was peanut-free on Pirate night.

Because mine is minor, I'm not mentioning it next cruise - "I don't like them" works fine. But if it's severe, for sure tell them and they will ensure you don't get it.

Gran Mariner souffle, it is absolutely the best, better than Palo's chocolate souffle everyone talks about.. Bananas foster, ice cream, cheesecakes, creme brulee, different fruit tortes. Im a BIG dessert person. You will find plenty to choose from

As everyone has said, there are plenty of non-coffee/chocolate desserts. Just let your server and head server know. After a conversation with one of the chef's a couple cruises back, he asked to be challenged for dinner...so our tablemate order chicken parmigiana. Not exactly a challenge but the Chef said they would do anything within reason to make sure we had a good experience. So let the serving team know your allergy/dislike, and they will bend over backwards to accommodate!

Ice Cream
Creme Brule
Apple Cobbler (or something like it)
Cheesecake
many others
fruit tarts / tartletes

If you go to the Cove Cafe (Wonder at least) in the afternoons they have some "small deserts" of various kinds that are pretty tasty. They are in a self serve case. Earlier in the day there are other goodies in there.

Thanks
I don't die if I eat chocolat or coffee (well haven't drunk a cup of coffee or eaten a box of chocolate yet, so I don't know what happened), but when I eat 1 bit of a cookie that have it, I will get sick. I gets fever, start vomited, turning grey and gets dissy. When it's contain coffee I get that, plus I gets big blisters, can't breath normal and gets a lot of pain all over my body

I would put that down as an allergy. When you start getting blisters and have trouble breathing it's an allergy and I would not mess with that. The next exposure to it could be worse than previous ones.

I found out I'm allergic to Quinoa. Was trying to eat healthier and try some new things and I was fine the first time I ate it. The next night I had some more and broke out in a rash that covered 3/4 of my body. Took days for it to go away. I will make sure I don't eat it again.

I know that there is a spot somewhere when you are doing the check in process to put down allergies.

I highly recommend that you contact DCL now and have your food allergies documented on your reservation. My wife has numerous food allergies ranging from stomach/digestive sensitivity to anaphylactic, and by calling ahead, this information gets tagged with her for all dining locations and our server, assistant server, and head server were aware of these on our first night so they could guide her on what changes to that menu that could be made. For every other night, she would receive the next evening's menu from the head server before dessert and they would discuss what items she wanted and if it was possible for the chef to make to conform to her allergy list. Also, she would order her breakfast for the next morning at the same time. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast, they would see her order when we gave them our cabin number. As for lunches, she would speak to the head server at Cabanas to see which items she could eat.
As pointed out by Dug720, once they know about an allergy, they are very diligent at ensuring you don't eat something that is on the list. Also, as Dug720 pointed out, sometimes the chef's workarounds do not result in the most appetizing dishes. In those cases, the server often worked with my wife to find an alternate for that item.

I had contacted my TA, and she say she had put it on my reservation. We are on the transatlantic this September, but will hate to get sick

Thanks

That is definitely an allergy worth mentioning....a lot. Let your servers know. They should send over the head server, who should get a chef to speak to you. This will all happen the first night. They will help you order things that are safe for you. You will then be given the menu for the next night and pre-order your dinner. Advice: when you pre-order your dinner for the next night, ask if everything you want is OK.

Disney and DCL take food allergies very seriously. They want you to have a very safe and enjoyable vacation.

I don't like chocolate or coffee. There are plenty of options that are not chocolate.

That GM soufflé was crazy good, favorite dessert of the trip, and I'm a chocoholic!

I totally agree with this opinion!!! I wouldn't have tried it if my server hadn't surprised me and brought it out anyway. After that, he went back to the restaurant and got it for me every evening. It was my second cruise with him. Yes, he had me spoiled!
