Dessert when redeeming a table service credit for a qs

I am on the deluxe dining plan where the credits are all table service. With the table service a dessert is included. I am aware that true qs meals don’t include a dessert anymore. However, if I choose to use one of my table service credit at a qs place would I get a dessert because my intitlement includes one? I know a table service meal for a qs meal is not a good value but it’s often easier at a park.

I would not bank on that. They are just not set up the same. I can tell you that a few times I was able to swap my beverage for dessert at CS restaurants. One was in DAK park on a cold rainy day and I had a coffee in my hand, The CM said that becuase we all came out in such miserable weather I could have that apple cupcake goodness! YAY! The other times were at our resort for breakfast. I did not want alcohol in the AM and i had a refillable mug. Problem solved: yogurt parfaits or cupcakes.

When you convert a TS credit to QS, it is treated simply as a QS credit, and you get only the QS entitlement...an entree and a drink. You will not be able to get a dessert with the entitlement.

And technically you do not have all ts credits. You have meal entitlements which can be used for either ts or qs redemption.
