Dessert Substituting on the Dining Plan

Hello! I'm going to Disney for the third time in February, but this will be the first time we're trying a dining plan (quickservice). I'm pretty excited to be able to eat what looks good without worrying about the cost! My one concern - all those desserts! I know I will not be able to eat the dessert that comes with every meal (nor would I want to), so I was wondering if the dessert could be substituted for something else, especially something more healthy like a bag of grapes.

I almost always get a bag of grapes or apples with every quick service meal instead of a cake type of dessert. I get them for my children as snacks later on. If they don't have grapes or apples they usually have yogurt which my kids also like. I've heard there are other substitutions depending on location, but I've never had a problem getting something like grapes or apple instead of the cakes :goodvibes

Some places, like Flame Tree in AK, have frozen lemonade which is considered a dessert. I'm not sure how desirable that would be in Feb., but in July, it's heaven!
