Dessert Question

I saw on allearsnet.com that Sunshine Seasons has hand-dipped ice cream on its menu. My question is if I decide to get that for dessert, will they let me pick it up after I finish my entree? The same thing goes for other CS restaurants who might have a similar dessert.

Relatively few counter service restaurants offer ice cream. I know in the water parks, they'll give you a 'token' that you can turn in any time later that day for the ice cream; I think the other CS places might indicate somehow/somewhere on your receipt that you're still entitled to that particular dessert.

I believe the CS eateries that allow you to "come back for dessert" are in the water parks or at the hotels. Sunshine Seasons might be an exception in the parks, but I don't recall reading that, and we didn't go there ourselves this time. Note that whatever may have been the case last week, it could change next week, so be prepared, and as Rhonda indicated, ASK before ordering.
