Awesome thanks again guys! My planner actually sent it this morning. But I have a feeling we will do mostly custom made desserts or desserts from around the parks we've had over the years!

Where are the delicious marshmallow squares??? Are they still available?

Their menus changed so much since I had my DP-I really like the sound of the "Child Dessert Buffet" option.

The chocolate peanut butter marshmallow squares haven't been on the menu for a long time,but you can still request them.

If you're under the minimum you are charged the minimum. Regardless of how many people/how much food you have.

I could be wrong, but I don't think there are specific menus for smaller party sizes. You have a set food and beverage minimum, depending on which venue you choose, & I think you just have to order whatever combination of foods & beverages that will meet that minimum.

I could be totally wrong, so someone else might have a different answer, but that was my assumption.

Yeah, for some reason, a lot of the menus they send out—even to people they know are having a smaller event—say they require X number of guests. But you can create an entirely custom menu with things on any Disney menu or even things from Disney restaurants.
