I asked my son if he wants to do any of the dessert parties on our next trip, and he says he wants to do all of them.

That's probably not happening, but it got me thinking.... What are "all of them"? Not counting any seasonal/holiday events, I'm aware of:
  • HEA dessert party at MK (Tomorrowland Terrace viewing and Plaza viewing)
  • FEA dessert party at Epcot
  • Star Wars Galactic something-or-other dessert party at DHS
  • Fantasmic dessert thing at DHS (which I understand is more of a dessert box than a full-on party)
  • Ferrytale fireworks cruise (MK fireworks)
Am I missing any?

Are there any of these events (like maybe the fireworks cruise?) that cannot be booked online and require a phone call? As I recall, even though the parties theoretically can be booked at 180 days, they often aren't loaded into the system right on schedule. I'm happy to bide my time and keep checking periodically, but I don't want to waste time stalking them online if I actually need to call.

Thank you!

The two (and only) times that I've called for dessert parties were when I was using gift cards as payment. The system doesn't let you use multiple forms of payment and I don't think there is an option to use a gift card. That said, HEA plaza garden view opened right at 180 days. The Star Wars party opens much later. When we booked it this past year I want to say it was something like 6 weeks before our trip when the dates opened. That one you do have to stalk and keep an eye on the thread here.

My wife and I did the Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage which was good. You meet at CR, dessert and M&G with Captain Hook and Mr. Smee before hand, then a pirate themed voyage out onto the Seven Seas Lagoon for the Electrical Water Pageant and HEA and a special guest after the cruise.

Our only complaint was that the M&G before the cruise was a little chaotic. Hook and Smee spent a lot of time with the guests who got in line earlier so the guests who enjoyed the desserts before getting on line were kind of rushed through. While it didn't really affect us, we did feel bad for some of the kids towards the back of the line.

During parties, there is Hallowishes and Christmas dessert parties at MK.

And at DHS there is Jingle Bell Jingle Bam.

I think AK is the only park without some sort of party!
