Can someone tell me the difference between the Tomorrowland Terrance and the Plaza Garden Viewing dessert party?

Both parties have seated desserts at tomorrow land terrace. The plaza view people get escorted out to the garden 5-15 minutes before the start of HEA. The garden is better viewing while tomorrowland is off to the side. Garden has no seating once in the garden.

How early can you make Dessert Party reservations? Is it the same as the 60-day fastpass time? Also, can you get a fastpass for the HEA if you don't book the party?

No
It is outdoors. It is partially covered, but not air conditioned

Up to 180 days out like a normal adr, but they're not available then. They slowly release those dates. September was just released not long ago.

There are no fastpasses for HEA.

It's held after the sun goes down. It wasn't hot the evening we went. We will be going at the end of August as well and I'm not anticipating a heat issue.

It's $59 per adult (ages 10+), and $35 per child (ages 3-9).
