Dessert Party question!

Hi Everyone,

Do you have to have a vow renewal ceramony to be able to do a dessert party or can anyone do one. I have a friend who's inlaws will be celebrating their anniversary at WDW with the family. They don't plan on doing a vow renewal, but the kids wanted to get them something special for their anniversary.

Also, what do they cost?

IM not sure of the number, but Im sure anyone can have this. If you can get the number to Epcot's party people, Im sure they can find some thing. But it is in pretty high demand, so the sooner, the better

We have had a few at different places over the years.

I hosted one a few years ago for the Disneymooners, it cost about $800. for about 25 people.

Last year we had a dinner party at the Italy Isola for Illuminations and that was nice too, although COLD, and much more expensive for dinner.

I think I would do dessert there again, but not dinner.

you can set up some private events at wdw & at some of the resorts or arrange yourselves as a grand gathering & select from 1 of the 4 pre set events. fyi there are restrictions to these though. another option depending on how many people there are is a specialty fireworks cruise, the pontoons hold 10 adults or 10 adults & 2 children or they could rent the grand 1 which holds 14.
