Dessert Party question

HI i am thinking of having a dessert party at the Uk upper. I have spoke to my EM and she said its $19.50 pp for dessert menu and $12.50 pp to watch illuminations but also $436 for motor coach. Could anyone tell me if thsi is correct do you have to have motor coach. Anyone that has had Dessert party could you tell me what its like is it worth the money.

I am also having a dessert party in Italy. A motor coach is required in order to have this event because they bring your group in a back enterance to epcot and everyone needs to get there at the same time since the party is only 1 1/2 hours.

It's either backstage entrance with the bus, or everyone get a ticket and meet there

Im having a custom with a reception at the yacht club. After the reception a host from Epcot is walking us all over to the dessert party location. My guests are using their themepark tickets to get in so the £12.50 Illuminations viewing fee is waived.

I have to pay the $19.50pp for the food and bev minimum and the $200 site rental charge.

We are having a dessert party at UK Upper the evening before my intimate wedding. We are not using the bus transportation -- we are just coming through one of the main entrances and our guide will meet us there and take us to our location.

I "believe" that in order to wear your wedding attire into the park you must use the motor coach to come in through the back entrance--at least for intimates. If you are not wearing wedding attire, you could simply go through the front gate or the International Gateway.

That is only for intimates. I am a custom bride and my EM has said this is no problem.
