Dining and Aunty's Beach House reservation times

1st trip coming in a few months.

I was told Aunty's Beach House and the dining at Ama Ama & Character breakfast have to be booked 45-days out.

Does anyone know what time the spots open? is it midnight Hawaii time or 7am?
Is booking 1 day at a time or can I book all my reservations for the entire trip?

Lastly, what are others seeing as best method, Aulani app or website?

I don't know the exact time(45 days tho) but I booked a few things recently at Aulani. I did it early morning central time so must be available at midnight Hawaiian time? I've only seen Aunty available once during the week and it went away fast. Ama Ama and character breakfast I was able to pick up.
