Dessert Party. HalloWishes or Happily Ever After?

My next trip will hopefully be in September of 2019. I want to splurge on a dessert party for my daughter so we can experience a fireworks show with a lot less hassle. It will be our first time seeing either show. Should we do the HalloWishes party or Happily Ever After? I figured Happily Ever After would be harder to find a spot for without the dessert party. Would it be easier to find a spot for HalloWishes?

I haven’t seen HalloWishes, but finding a spot for the fireworks at the Christmas party was easier than HEA. There are usually less people (plus crowds get even worse than normal for HEA around party times since there are only a couple of days per week you can see HEA when MK closes early for Halloween parties).

Also, HEA has projections which means there are less “ideal” viewing spots (if you want to be able to see the projections).

That said, I haven’t been to a dessert party, so I don’t know what the viewing experience is like!

I am doing both for my next trip this September I have done MNSHP for like 3 or 4 years and I have never had a hard time finding a spot to see the fireworks the only reason why I am doing the dessert party is that Mickey is picking up the tab for me. HEA I have done this one a few times and really enjoy it

I've done the HEA party and I've done Hallowishes without the party. HEA has a ton of projections and booking the party (I highly recommend the one in the Plaza Garden) gets you a great view without the crowds. Unless you are going on Halloween night, you do not need the dessert party to get a good view of Hallowishes.
