Dessert Party - changing reservations?

Hi- Not sure if this is the right place for this question, but here goes. My older DD would love the star wars dessert party, so I plan to book it for one of our nights. We also have a little one who doesn't do well staying up late, so either DH or I will head back to the hotel with the LO and the other one will do the dessert party. Do I have to say when I make the reservation who is going to the dessert party? Can I switch it between me and DH depending on how we feel that day? Do we have to let them know by a specific time?

You do have to say when you make the reservation, but I wouldn't see it being a problem if you switch. As long as you check in under the name the reservation was made. When we checked in for the Holiday Wishes Dessert Party, there was a table set up with two castmembers, we just told them our last name and they crossed it off the list.
