There are a few restaurants I would like to try on my next trip, but nothing on the regular menu appeals to me. Can I make a PS for just dessert? I was looking at places like California Grill, Artist Point, Citrico's, Flying Fish, etc. Can you do this or is it just for a full meal?

I think you can, I spoke to a chef at Jiko about that and he said we were more than welcome to come over for coffee and dessert instead of dinner. I would imagine it would be the same at the other restaurants. You could probably even show up after peak dinner hours without a PS and get a seat easily.

On our last vacation in January we did this at the Flying Fish. It was about 9:30 pm. It was myself my DH and 28 year old DS. It was wonderful. I had the Banana Napoleon!!!!!!! Yum, Yum, Yum. We also had dinner one evening at Artist Pointe and were to full for dessert. Later that evening, about 10PM we went to Narcoosee's for dessert. We had great service at both places!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have booked dessert only at Chef's de France several times without any problem. We just take the last reservation at around 8:50PM and sit and watch Illuminations.
