Dessert only at CA Grill?

When our 180+ 10 window opened I snagged an ADR for our last night at CA Grill. When the park hours came out there is no Wishes that night. Called back but only time available on a fireworks night is 7:40. Has anyone ever just done drinks and dessert?

I would ask when you make your reservation if this is ok. Cali Grill usually do all the courses, I know they won't let people up just for a drink anymore, but I'm not sure about drink n dessert.
